online therapy for Anxiety & trauma

You don’t have to keep carrying it all.

does this sound familar…

You look like you’re holding it all together, but inside, you’re exhausted.

Maybe your mind won't slow down, you're constantly anticipating what could go wrong, or you find yourself overthinking even the smallest decisions. Maybe something happened in your past that still affects how you feel, think, or respond today.

You may be functioning, working, taking care of everyone else, and getting through the day—but that doesn't mean you're okay. Anxiety and trauma can affect your relationships, your confidence, your ability to relax, and the way you experience everyday life.

I want therapy to be a place where you don't have to keep pushing everything aside. We'll work together to understand what's happening, make sense of the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.

I’m here to support you through what you’re carrying.

Therapy can help you understand what's keeping you on edge and find your way back to feeling grounded.

Anxiety can affect so much more than your thoughts. It can show up as overthinking, constant worry, difficulty relaxing, irritability, physical tension, trouble sleeping, or always feeling like you need to be prepared for what might happen next.

Trauma can also change the way you experience yourself and the world around you. Sometimes you know exactly where those feelings come from, and sometimes you just know that something doesn't feel right. You don't have to have all the answers before starting therapy.

I’ll help you make sense of what you're experiencing, work through what may be keeping you stuck, and develop tools that help you feel more grounded and connected to yourself.

What we’ll work on

Here’s what we’ll do together:

  • Understanding your anxiety and recognizing the thoughts, patterns, and situations that keep it going.

  • Building emotional regulation skills so you can respond rather than feel controlled by your emotions.

  • Working through difficult experiences at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

  • Reducing overwhelm and avoidance so anxiety doesn't keep making decisions for you.

  • Developing practical tools that help you feel more grounded and confident in everyday life.
