ONLINE THERAPY FOR military & first responders
You can be strong without doing it alone.
Let me guess…
You’re used to being the person everyone else can count on.
I understand that a life of service can come with unique pressures and expectations. Strength, resilience, and looking out for others can become second nature. I also believe that needing support doesn't take away from those qualities. Therapy can be a place where you can talk openly, without judgment, and without having to prove that you're strong enough to handle everything on your own.
Your life outside of service matters, too.
Whether you’re navigating life after service, carrying the stress of a demanding career, struggling with relationships, or simply feeling like it's time to take care of yourself…I’m here to help.
You may be used to pushing through, staying composed, and putting the needs of others before your own. But what works in a high-pressure environment doesn't always work when you’re trying to navigate everyday life, relationships, or the transition into a different chapter.
I provide a space where you don't have to be “on.” We can talk honestly about what's going on without judgment, and we'll work together to understand how your experiences may be affecting you now. My goal isn't to take away the strength and resilience that have served you well—it's to help you use those strengths in ways that support you, too.
What we’ll work on
Here’s what we’ll do together:
Managing stress and emotional pressure — learning ways to come down from constantly being in high-alert mode.
Navigating transitions — including leaving the military, retirement, career changes, or adjusting to life after service.
Strengthening relationships — communicating needs, managing conflict, and reconnecting with the people who matter to you.
Working through difficult experiences — including trauma, grief, loss, or experiences that continue to affect you.
Finding balance outside of service — reconnecting with who you are beyond your role, job, or responsibilities.

Seeking therapy does not automatically mean you’re unable to do your job or that your employer will be told you’re in therapy. Your privacy and confidentiality are important to me, and I’ll explain the limits of confidentiality and any requirements that may apply before we begin.
If you’re active duty, work in law enforcement, or receive services through an employer, EAP, military program, or other organization, there may be specific policies or reporting requirements that are different from traditional private therapy. I won’t make assumptions about your situation—we can talk through those questions before you decide whether therapy is right for you.

Yes. Leaving a high-pressure, structured environment can be a big adjustment. You may find yourself trying to figure out who you are outside of your role, reconnecting with family, adjusting to a different pace of life, or simply wondering, “What now?”
We can work together on the changes that come with that transition, whether you're adjusting after military service, retirement, a career change, or stepping away from a first responder role. We can look at identity, relationships, stress, routines, purpose, and finding a sense of balance in this next chapter.
You don't have to leave behind the strength, discipline, and resilience you've developed through your experiences. The goal is to figure out how those strengths can continue to serve you in the life you're building now.

I understand that military and first responder work comes with a culture, expectations, and pressures that can be difficult to explain to someone outside of that world. I won't assume I know your story or tell you that I understand something I haven't personally experienced. I'll listen, ask questions, and take the time to understand your experience. My goal is to provide a space where you can be honest about what you're dealing with without judgment or having to prove that you're strong enough to handle it on your own.
