ONLINE THERAPY FOR neurodivergent adults
You dont have to work so hard to fit in.
does this sound familiar…
You’ve spent years wondering why things that seem easy for other people feel so much harder for you.
Maybe you're constantly overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities, struggle with executive functioning, or feel like you're always trying to catch up. Maybe you've learned to mask, adapt, or push yourself through situations that leave you completely exhausted.
You may understand your ADHD or autism diagnosis but still be trying to figure out what it actually means for you. Or maybe you're questioning whether you're neurodivergent and want a space to explore that without judgment.
Therapy can be a place to make sense of your experiences, understand how your brain works, and let go of some of the shame that can come from feeling like you’re somehow doing life “wrong.” My goal isn't to make you fit a neurotypical mold. It's to help you understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and find strategies that work with your brain instead of against it.
Life can feel easier than it does right now.
Therapy can help you better understand yourself and find what actually works for you.
Being neurodivergent can come with challenges that aren't always visible to other people. You may have spent years trying to keep up, meet expectations, or figure out why things that seem simple for others can feel exhausting for you.
In therapy, we'll slow things down and make sense of your experiences without judgment. We can explore the ways ADHD, autism, or other aspects of neurodivergence may affect your emotions, relationships, work, routines, and everyday life.
You don't have to spend your life trying harder to fit into systems that weren't designed with your brain in mind. We'll focus on understanding your needs and finding strategies that work with you—not against you.
What we’ll work on
Here’s what we’ll do together:
Understanding yourself — your strengths, needs, patterns, and how your brain works.
Managing overwhelm — including emotional regulation, sensory overwhelm, and burnout.
Building practical strategies — for organization, routines, executive functioning, and everyday life.
Letting go of shame — especially the feeling that you should be able to “just do it.”
Building a life that fits you — rather than constantly trying to fit yourself into someone else's expectations.
FAQS
What others have wondered about therapy for neurodivergent adults
-
No. You don't need to have an official diagnosis before reaching out. If you're recognizing yourself in the experiences of ADHD or autism, we can explore what you're noticing and how it's affecting your life. As we work together, a formal diagnosis may need to be considered when appropriate, particularly if having a diagnosis would help clarify your needs or guide treatment. My goal is to approach that process thoughtfully and without making assumptions about you.Description text goes here

To me, it means I’m not trying to change who you are or make you fit someone else’s idea of how you “should” be. I want to understand how your brain works, what you find challenging, and what helps you feel more like yourself. We’ll work together to build strategies that support your needs while also recognizing your strengths. You don't have to mask or pretend in our sessions. You can show up as you are, and we'll start from there.

Yes. These are areas we can work on together. We can look at things like overwhelm, emotional regulation, routines, organization, procrastination, task initiation, and burnout, while also exploring what may be making these things difficult for you in the first place. I don't believe in simply telling you to “try harder.” We'll work together to find practical strategies that fit your brain, your life, and your needs.
